During the last 3 years, as their only external development partner, Cromian has worked together with Danske Bank’s innovation venture, MobileLife, to bring their big realtor vision to live.

In the wake of MobilePay’s success in 2015, Danske Bank wanted to create a separate innovation hub with a slightly controversial mission: to disrupt themselves. Thus, MobileLife came to be: An organization of developers, analytics, conceptualists, bankers and designers who spent 3 years on thinking new ways of approaching personal banking, financial banking and the real estate industry.

In early 2016, Cromian was hired to help MobileLife ideate, iterate, test, assess, fail, learn, and create agile and innovative structures for corporate entrepreneurships with the focus on app solutions. The outcome of all this was the Sunday platform.

Cromian has, together with Mobilelife’s marketing team and their IT-department developed:

  • The OpenHouse and SundayGo apps, including both frontend and backend solutions
  • A strengthening the Sunday brand awareness
  • Created Facebook & Google Universal ads
  • Splittested target groups, USP’s, metadata, key messages, etc.
  • Created trigger systems in order to optimize user flows and retention
  • Continued optimizations and iterations
